Professionally trained in contemporary dance, I’ve always had a fascination for the body and it’s abilities. As a performer, self discipline and functional training gave me the tools I needed to teach. I started teaching fitness classes in 2016. Body barre and TRX are my specialities thanks to extensive anatomical knowledge from pilates, yoga, somatic education (Feldenkrais), dance and functional anatomy classes. My goal is to provide a workout that gives results in a safe environment that encourages proper body alignment.
