Background

After retiring from a career as a professional dancer for 20 years, I turned to my other loves: fitness and teaching. My experience includes barre, essentrics, anti-gravity yoga and training our Canadian Olympic Synchronized swimming team. I absolutely love pushing my clients to their limits, especially when they think they can’t take any more, and seeing them succeed in their own individual ways.
