The wellbeing of our community has always been a major priority of ours.

As we prepare to reopen our studios, we will be implementing new procedures in accordance with government mandates in order to ensure that our space remains as safe as possible. Below, you will find an overview of some of the changes we will be making around the studio.
And this is where you come in—Yes! YOU!

More than ever, we will be relying on the participation and support of our community as we navigate these changes.

We ask that everyone do their part in ensuring that the safety of the space is maintained. Here are some important measures to keep in mind:

Please practice safe social distancing outside and around the studio.

Signs will be posted to indicate what spaces you can access and our staff will be available to guide you should you require further assistance.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 such as a cough or fever, we ask that you please do not come into the studio until you have been cleared by a medical professional.

If you have contracted COVID-19 or have come into contact with anyone who has contracted COVID-19, we ask that you do not enter the studio for the mandatory quarantine period of 14 days or until you have tested negative for COVID-19.

It is more crucial than ever that we, as a team, proceed with caution and acknowledge our responsibility in keeping each other safe.

Our studios have always maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

Thankfully we have always invested in disinfectants, a ventilation system, and cleaning procedures that already met COVID-19 requirements. But this isn’t all—we’re taking this to the next level.

Additional deep cleaning measures between classes

Hand sanitizer stations throughout the studio

Disinfectant wipes throughout the studio

All staff required to wear a mask during their shift

Due to these new restrictions, our process around the studio will look a little different.

But don’t worry! We promise we’re still the same studio at heart. Here is a list of the various changes:

Reservations and Cancellations

All class reservations/cancellations must be done through our website. This will avoid any crowding around the front desk, allowing for a safe entry and exit from the studio.

All reservation cancellations must be done before 6pm on the day preceding the scheduled session and no exceptions will be granted, as the number of available bikes/mats in each class has been significantly reduced. This will give as many guests as possible the opportunity to reserve a spot in class.

and Exiting

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before class.

No latecomers will be permitted into the studio, so please make sure that you arrive on time.

Pre and Post Class

Both clients and staff members must wear a mask around the studio, before and after class. Once class begins, you may safely remove your mask.

Please make sure to gather all personal belongings before leaving the studio.

Reduced Capacity

Both our Cycle and Body classes will be running at a reduced capacity in order to respect a safe social distance between each bike/mat.

For of our body classes, the necessary equipment will be waiting for you by your mat.

Our staff will collect these items once class is over as part of the cleaning process.

Leaving Early

We ask that you remain in class for its entire duration, including the 5 minute stretch at the end, as this will allow for a safe, socially distant exit.
