The wellbeing of our community has always been a major priority of ours.
More than ever, we will be relying on the participation and support of our community as we navigate these changes.
We ask that everyone do their part in ensuring that the safety of the space is maintained. Here are some important measures to keep in mind:
Please practice safe social distancing outside and around the studio.
If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 such as a cough or fever, we ask that you please do not come into the studio until you have been cleared by a medical professional.
If you have contracted COVID-19 or have come into contact with anyone who has contracted COVID-19, we ask that you do not enter the studio for the mandatory quarantine period of 14 days or until you have tested negative for COVID-19.
It is more crucial than ever that we, as a team, proceed with caution and acknowledge our responsibility in keeping each other safe.
Our studios have always maintained a high standard of cleanliness.
Additional deep cleaning measures between classes
Hand sanitizer stations throughout the studio
Disinfectant wipes throughout the studio
All staff required to wear a mask and gloves during their shift
Due to these new restrictions, our process around the studio will look a little different.
But don’t worry! We promise we’re still the same studio at heart. Here is a list of the various changes:
Reservations and Cancellations
All reservation cancellations must be done before 6pm on the day preceding the scheduled session and no exceptions will be granted, as the number of available bikes/mats in each class has been significantly reduced. This will give as many guests as possible the opportunity to reserve a spot in class.
Please arrive approximately 20 minutes before class. Entry into the studio will be staggered in order to respect social distancing and as such will require more time than usual.
No latecomers will be permitted into the studio, so please make sure that you arrive on time.
Pre and Post Class
Both clients and staff members must wear a mask around the studio, before and after class. Once class begins, you may safely remove your mask.
Please make sure to gather all personal belongings before leaving the studio. Our instructors and staff will guide you as you exit the studio in order to avoid any crowding.
Both our Cycle and Body classes will be running at a reduced capacity in order to respect a safe social distance between each bike/mat.
Your shoes, towel, and weights will be waiting for you on the bike you have reserved. For any of our body classes, the necessary equipment will be waiting for you by your mat.
Designated lockers will be available for your belongings and we encourage you to bring only what is necessary to the studio. Lockers will be disinfected after each use and rotated throughout the day.
Water fountains will be restricted to emergency use only. Water bottles will be available for purchase at the studio, however, we highly recommend arriving with a full bottle of water.
Any high-touch amenities such as feminine hygiene products, hair elastics, etc. will no longer be available around the studio. These items will still be available upon request at the front desk.
