Background

Movement has been a huge part of my life—from competitive soccer, to track & field, to rugby. I fell in love with exercise all over again in my early 20s thanks to an amazing trainer who helped me rediscover how powerful fitness can be, both physically and mentally. That experience has inspired me to try to have the same impact on others! In my classes, you can expect a mix of fun and challenge: great music, big energy, and a supportive push so you leave feeling accomplished!
