Background
After years of training in reformer pilates, I was looking to expand my horizons a bit. That’s when a close friend introduced me to b.cycle, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Attending b.cycle classes became the highlight of my day, and now I’m still pinching myself that I get to teach barre here! My approach to movement is welcoming, compassionate, curious, playful, and thoughtful. I encourage an environment that fosters self-love, authenticity, and warmth. When I’m not at b.cycle, I’m weightlifting at the gym, so expect some particularly heavy and spicy/evil combos in my barre classes. I hope you’ll leave my class feeling stronger, sweatier (and sorer) than you’d ever imagined.
