Background

Where to begin…. I Fell in love with Group Exercise Aerobic classes in the 1980’s and never looked back. I have been working in the fitness industry for close to 30 years now. I’ve had the privilege of working, training and learning from so many amazing mentors over the years. Just as fitness has evolved so have I. Over the years I’ve taught Step Aerobics, AquaFitness, Spinning, BootCamp, TRX, and Weight Training classes. I also hold certifications for special populations that have different needs than the general public such as cancer patients and Seniors. When people ask me what my favorite thing to teach is, I respond with: “ whatever makes people smile, keep moving and feel good”!
