There is so much that you can do in 3 days of the week. In this challenge, you'll learn the art of doing a double. The idea of doing 2 classes back-to-back seems crazy until you've done it once, we promise 😉

WEEK 1 - Build Your Base:
Work on your base fitness and take 3 classes at b.cycle on 3 different days.
WEEK 2 - Double it Up
Work on your endurance. You'll take 2 classes on one of your 3 days at b.cycle (we call this "doing a double")!*
WEEK 3 - Double Double Trouble
Work on your strength. You'll do a double on two of your 3 days at b.cycle!*
*There are different ways that you can do a double! See below for examples.
Your 3-week Get Strong challenge can take place anytime within the month of January, 2024**.
**The 3 weeks need to be consecutive.
OPTION 1: Squeeze a visit in at two separate times.
-The Open to Close: Open and close the studio with two classes that perfectly sandwhich your work/school day!
-The Lunch Break: Choose to open or close the studio with a quick class on your lunch hour!
OPTION 2: Stay for longer!
-The Back-To-Back: Choose any 2 classes back to back! Opportunities for this would be morning, evening, and weekends!***
***We build Back-To-Backs into our schedule daily. The opportunity to take Spin+Barre, Barre+Barre, Spin+Spin classes exists at every studio on every evening and weekend and some studios (Westmount and Rockland) in the mornings!
