I was leading a (very) sedentary lifestyle, until my sister dragged me to a b.cycle class in January of 2019 after a particularly turbulent time in my life. Since then, I’ve been going to spin classes at least twice a week and haven’t looked back. No matter what’s going on in my life, b.cycle has been the one consistency that never fails to make me feel good and chase those endorphins!
