Background

I’ve been an athlete since before I can remember and started playing competitive soccer before high school. I’ve lifted heavy weight, kick boxed, and run long distance. Now, I’ve been doing barre for nearly a decade and LOVE being able to create and teach my community. Expect good tunes, bad jokes, and movement that reminds you how good it feels to be alive and healthy. P.S. Hamstrings are my favourite.
