Background
After jumping from sport to sport for several years, I discovered yoga. I loved how the physical and mental challenge pushed me to new places and so, I set out to become a yoga instructor. During my yoga training, I fell in love with barre! Barre made me feel strong and confident! I auditioned to be part of the b.cycle barre team and am so excited to have this opportunity in the best community possible. Sharing this passion of mine through movement and music gets me so pumped!
