If I had a theme song it would be “I like to move it” because I’ve always loved being in momentum and staying active. Whether it be hiking, kayaking, running, skiing, or hitting the gym – I always feel refreshed after I move my body in any way, shape, or form! After looking to try something new, I decided to take a spin class and I loved it so much that I came back everyday and even bought a spin bike for my apartment. Spinning at b.cycle also gave me the opportunity to discover barre, and like many other instructors, it was love at first pulse and the rest is history! When I’m not at b.cycle you can find me practicing jiu jitsu, teaching intro biology, or in the lab working on my master’s research! My advice to you is this: Try (something new!), fail, rinse, repeat – until you succeed.
